Dufour, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Minneapolis represented Adobe Systems in the more than $1.5 million, 5-year lease renewal of 19,871 sf of office space in Arden Hills, Minn., to Teachers Retirement System. Dufour also represented Triple Net Properties Realty in the $1.2 million, 10-year lease of 10,641 sf of office space in Minneapolis to Summit Orthopedics Ltd.

Viktoria Telek, CCIM, and Edward J. Redlich, CCIM, of ComReal Miami in Miami and a partner negotiated the more than $1.3 million sale of a 6,200-sf office/warehouse building in Miami from Propharma Group to Regional Properties.

Bruce R. Isaac , CCIM, of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties in Lexington, Ky., and two partners represented Gordon Food Services in the more than $2.4 million sale of a 232,801-sf industrial food distribution facility in East Bernstadt, Ky., to Truitt Brothers.

William V. Gonnering, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corp. of Naples in Naples, Fla., negotiated the $1.1 million sale of a 7,184-sf industrial building in Naples from 4451 Associates to M&M Developers LLC.

Retail

Soozi Jones-Walker, CCIM, of Commercial Executives in Las Vegas represented Halteh LLC in the $2.8 million purchase of a 5,000-sf retail property in Henderson, Nev., from East St. Rose LLC.

William V. Gonnering, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corp. of Naples in Naples, Fla., negotiated the $2.2 million sale of a 9,900-sf retail building in Naples from Bruno, Edgar, and Philip Penzo and Colliers Sales to Jack Hynes.

David J. Stevens, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corp. of Naples in Naples, Fla., negotiated the more than $1.9 million sale of the 5,854-sf Perkins Restaurant building in Naples from Erickson Ventures of South Naples to Lorry Jackson.

Whitney E. Kerr Jr., CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Kansas City, Mo., negotiated the $2.5 million sale of 80 acres of land in Shawnee, Kan., from an undisclosed seller to Airtex.

Bruce V. Holmes, CCIM, of HotelBrokerOne in Oklahoma City negotiated the $2.4 million sale of the 78-room Microtel Inn in Kansas City, Kan., from Macro II LLC to Starker Services.

Financing

Kevin Jenkins, CCIM, of NorthMarq Capital in Charlotte, N.C., arranged the more than $2.3 million mortgage financing of a 19,104-sf single-tenant building in Millersburg, Ohio, for 1720 S. Washington St. LLC. Jenkins also arranged the more than $1.4 million mortgage financing of a 21,600-sf industrial property for Cornelius-Northline LLC.
